[There is a short pause, and then Sweden speaks again, raising his voice slightly, but not to the mic anymore:]

'nyth'ng else?

[There's a moment of silence, and then Finland's voice can be heard, shouting from a small distance.]

Tell them to knock three times, Swe! Just to be sure!

[There is a reason why Sweden entrusted the other male with the task of watching the door. He's seen Finland in battles before, he knows his strength and spirit. And both of them need sleep, though neither adult will get much in the current situation. Plus someone needs to fix the food, look after Sealand... there are very domestic duties that still need to be tended to.

Right now, it's Sweden's turn, and when he's done with the message he sets the device aside and grabs the plate with Finland's food on it to bring it over to where the smaller nation sits and waits.]

[And despite the current situation, his smile stays bright. That's Finland for you.]

[And no matter what the situation, Sweden's face stays the same. Though the tip of his ears might sport a deeper shade of pink than normal now.

He'll sit down next to Finland for a moment, offering him a fork - everything is already in small pieces so it can be eaten without having to cut it first.]

[And by same you mean scary. Not making direct eye contact as he takes the fork, derp.]

[He doesn't mean too ;; And why do you think does he always take this long shaving? He really tries to train himself into not having a scary expression in front of the mirror. It just doesn't really work. BUT HE'S TRYING.

[At least Finland's gotten a little better at stifling his screaming and understanding Sweden's intentions over the years.]

But you could've taken over while I cooked for you. It feels like I'm just sitting here while you're doing all of the work. Not that I mind it, but it just doesn't seem fair.

[Right now, there are multiple reasons why that is really better.

Sweden thinks about this and then shakes his head slightly.] Y' can cook wh'n 't 's over. [And he will eat everything that you cook. Everything.]

[He pauses for a moment, peeking out the door before taking another bite of food.]

Did you make anything for yourself? I'd feel really bad if this was the only thing you made. You can share it with me if you want.

[He leans back against the wall, his eyes now aimed at the door and not the other nation. As much as he loves being with his family, he hates not knowing them safe. And it is just too calm, has been too calm for too long.]

What? Then you have to eat at least a third of this plate! [Dividing the food into three segments before holding the fork out to Sweden.]

Here. Tasting food while you make it isn't substantial enough!

[He doesn't move to take the fork. He really had enough, and he's eaten about one third of the food (the remaining third being for Sealand) while cooking. Tasting, snatching a bit because he likes raw meat..., things like that.]

You can be so stubborn sometimes. Will you eat the leftovers if I don't finish all of this?

[He's a bit worried that now there will be leftovers on purpose. And nobody should get more than everyone else.]

[ BONJOUR.

Someone just kicked open the apartment door and fired. ]

[That's enough of a warning for Sweden to push himself sideways and backwards to more fall than roll behind the cupboard before the bullets hit the place where he was sitting seconds ago. He would have grabbed Finland and dragged him with himself, but that would have slowed down both of them a lot and that really isn't necessary and would be downright stupid in the current situation.

When his brain kicks back in, over pure instinct, he is already sitting there with his gun in his hand, about to shoot back.]

[And within a matter of seconds Finland's tossed the fork aside and ducked down to the floor, firing a good three or four shots that progressively get better in terms of aim.]

[ Finland's shot hits him in the leg, but he doesn't allow himself to falter, sweeping several shots across the room, aiming for the larger and more visible target - Sweden. ]

[Sweden aims and fires a few times; the aim isn't extremely good due to his normal approach towards firearms, but the distance is short enough to make a hit not that unlikely. He then dives back behind the cupboard to grab a chair and haul it towards the invader, should he come around the mighty, heavy piece of furniture. Which would require him to turn his back on Finland, which is kind of what Sweden's aiming for.]

[There is a cry from the other room as the bullets are let lose, the walls don't do much to stop their movement.]

Swe, run and protect Sealand!

[He screams back toward the others, shooting again and hiding behind the door so only his rifle can be seen. He's aiming for the man's arm in order to force him to drop his gun.]

[No. Their advantage is being by two, and that is also what protects Sealand. It won't help the boy at all if one of the adults gets shot and the other one can't keep up against the intruder.

Using Swedish in the hopes that the man won't understand it. He's gone over these words with Sealand a lot over the last couple of days, so it should work.] Sealand, far away, d'wn and quiet! [If he just knew where exactly Sealand is right now... Grabbing a chair to haul him at the man.]
