The Kingdom of Sweden hereby declares all diplomatic ties with the Tsardom of Russia, furthermore the country of Russia as it will be in any time or form, to be in a state of abeyance. This extends to all territories of the Swedish Empire, including all members of my household as-is by 1-1 of this Discedo year.
