1. Business Name: Kuokkimajärvi (justification: Kuokimmuodka that is also called Kuokkimajärvi)

2. Business Type: Farm (10 hectares: Small fields that should yield three harvests a year in Atia's climate + livestock, namely chicken, sheep, a horse for the manual labor, later on maybe a few cows and pigs/geese/goats + preferably a bit of forest)

3. Short Description: A small farm house not that far away from the city. A few fields that will be used for growing vegatables, grain, and as paddocks for grazing animals. A small greenhouse. A herb garden.
They plan to sell their produce directly to (especially collar-owned) restaurants and the likes, reasoning that they are fresher and more local than the imported goods from other islands. The business will be small and hardly enough to really affect much the going market between the islands, but it will ultimately be able to supply a couple of collared businesses with agricultural products and be able to employ and feed at least it's three owners, maybe even a few helping hands if it works out really well.

4. What do you feel this business would bring to the island? Firstly: Something new. It's something rather different from the things that are mainly around in player bussinesses. And secondly: With the current player plot it could be a place for player run bussinesses that require things to cook with to get stuff from if the NPC importers or producers start to charge impossible prices or refuse trade. It also can advertise its produce as "local" and "you can check where your food is coming from" and also "can't be fresher than this". It would also, thirdly, in the long run be a place for characters that aren't social enough to work in the 3rd sector to work at.
And also on a less material side it would be a place for character from other places than Earth to encounter farm animals.

5. How will it be financed? Sweden and Norway have been working for roughly half a year and lived in cramped spaces or their work places, generally not spending more than absolutely necessary, so they both have accumulated savings. They are also taking up credits.
Also, they won't need as much money as others might as they need to buy the land, the animals, seeds, tools and material, but won't need to pay anyone to build the houses etc because they can do that themselves.

6. Owner/s: Sweden (rules-the-north), Norway (laukr) and Finland (moimin-papa)

7. Location/s: Wherever there is space; probably either on the southern side of the small bay that has the spa to the north, or at the edge of one of the forests.

8. Anything else you think we should know about the business?: For now, there will only be a barn, the farmhouse will be built after the winter. There'll also only be chicken and a few sheep, so until the first harvest the farm will only produce eggs and sheep milk - aka it will take a few months until it starts to pay off and they can sell their produce to more than a one or three businesses. That means that there will be time to broaden the net of buyers.

9. If the owners leave the island, who would the business would be left to?: If all of the three left, it would be left to any nations that are present in Atia at that time (sans Russia!!), Yuj, or Maraich.
