He isn't looking straight into the camera but glancing down at something, and from how his eyes are tracking a line before him you can easily conclude that he's reading something to the camera rather than speaking freely. He's also trying very hard to pronounce it correctly and say the vowels, but his accent is still horrible.]
Has someone seen Polen and Litauen? Blond and brown haired and always t'gether.
I th'nk they left.
[And then he seems to remember something and switches to German since he doesn't want to embarrass himself by speaking incorrect English just now and german is a language that they'll both understand.]
